World Forums
The World Forums of Local Economic Development (WFLED) are global spaces for dialogue and cooperation that bring together local and regional governments, international organizations, civil society, the private sector, and academia to promote development centered on people and territories.
Since 2011, they have served as a platform for exchange and action that links local experiences with international agendas, such as the 2030 Agenda and the New Urban Agenda, strengthening coherence between the local and the global.
Through participatory processes and intermediate forums, WFLED strengthens capacities, partnerships, and policies that drive sustainable, inclusive, and resilient local economic development worldwide.
